Hello! My name is Jackson. I'm 10 years old and I go to Enrich on Monday. This year there has been changes - we have conceptual development, personal development, mental edge and talent development. Finally this year I will be doing math-based passion time. Bye and I hope you enjoy my blogs.

Week 5
Today we started the day with a Wilson game, kind of like Piccadilly Circus. We continued with our passion time. Kyle and I did an experiment to make a lava cup. You need a 1/4 cup of vegetable oil, food colouring, one tablespoon of salt and water. The salt would fall through the oil, and create air bubbles that moved up towards the surface. After morning tea I did my must do's and picks. The must do I did was flower biology. I used a dinoscope to look at the parts of the flower and how they reproduce. At lunch we played dodgeball. The score was 8 to 8. I have just got my blog finished and next I am doing must do's and picks.

Jackson your lava cup experiment sounds interesting. Kind of like our science experiment we did in Term 2 where we made those lava lamps with the fizzing tablet. We never tried that salt though!
ReplyDeleteLooking at the flowers sounds interesting with the dinoscope! That thing is awesome! Sounds like another busy fun day at Enrich!
